Here I will be sharing general health tips, recipes, and nutritional information.  Since this is not intended to be a cooking blog, the recipes will be concise.  Focus will be given to the ingredients and their nutritional importance.  You are free to tweak the measurements according to your pallet.  But if you wish for exact measurements on any of the ingredients in a recipe, send me a message and I will gladly provide it.
