WHY PRIVATES?

If you are a beginner and need a customized plan to suite your body and level, or you are a seasoned practitioner looking to take your practice to the next level, you might benefit from taking a private class.

Before we begin, we will take some time to identify your personal goals.  We will develop a plan with techniques and postures that are a 100% tailored to your needs, may it be to manage stress, improve physical and mental health, or simply bring more relaxation into your life.

We will explore safe alignment in poses, and develop modifications as needed so that your practice feels as individual and unique as you.  We will explore poses that open and restore the body for increased flexibility and comfort.  I will offer you a fun and challenging sequence that will build both strength and stability.

I will invite you to step up to your edge, empowering you to grow beyond any preconceived limits, both on and off your yoga mat.  The class will always be designed keeping your individual fitness and comfort level in mind,
